We partner with several logistics providers for our shipments. Our preferred partners are Bluedart, ATS, and Delhivery for domestic orders, and DHL for international shipments. We ship both within India and internationally.

• Domestic Shipping: Free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which we strive to minimize.
• International Shipping: Charges will be calculated and displayed in your cart during checkout.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Refund

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from the time of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the same account or card used for the purchase. Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Any payment gateway or currency conversion charges incurred will be deducted.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to a return shipping fee and a 35% restocking charge.
• For cancellations before dispatch, a payment gateway fee of 4%, international currency conversion charges of 3%, and other minor fees of 2% may apply. Payment gateway processing fees may deduct 7–9% of the order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
